CLCP promotes literacy awareness and programs to assist students in need of basic literacy education.

Chartered in 2002, Troup County Certified Literate Community Program (CLCP) promotes community-wide literacy and enhances the quality of literacy in accordance to the guidelines of the State of Georgia. The CLCP encourages a love of reading as a foundation for lifelong learning and supports those programs with similar goals.
